For those who don't know, I grew up just to the east of where I am now...in the Pittsburgh area. My brother and a I are HUGE Steeler fans. It's been 10 years since we'v been able to see the Steeler's try for another Superbowl and I think that they can win it all. Congrats to Bill Cowher, Ben Roethlisberger and especially Jerome Bettis. Here's hoping Superbowl XL brings the Steel City another Superbowl win. See you in Motown!

I was just starting to watch the Steeler's play the Colts in the AFC Divisional Playoffs when I noticed an ad by our local affiliate regarding podcasting. I go to the website and low and behold they have actual podcast feeds. Where they screw it up though is video. They call a stream of the daily newsbreak a video podcast (we still need a better name...Vodcast and Vlog both suck).
